A deposit of 10% (minimum $200) will be required at the time of booking the tournament. You may cancel with full refund at least thirty days prior to event. Cancellation within thirty days of scheduled event will result in forfeited deposit. The guaranteed number of players must be confirmed 7 days in advance of tournament date.

Afternoon Shotgun starts will shotgun forward.

Beverage carts are available for 45.00 per cart.

Wildwood has 40 carts available. For more than 80 players, a surcharge per extra cart will be charged for each cart brought in, whether it is actually used or not.

All packages include green fees, shared cart, and range balls. We will make up score sheets and score cards for your event if tournament lists are provided to Wildwood one week in advance. All packages also include use of our covered Pavilion, Scoreboard and Barbecue Pit.

Our large (2000 sq ft) covered Pavilion has tables and seats for over 100 guests at a time. The Pavilion is located by the 9th and 18th green with great access for players and volunteers. Shaded by tall pines and oaks, this area stays cool and comfortable. The Pavilion becomes a place of focus for your tournament. Since it is a focus, it is usually easy to sell a sponsorship for the Pavilion.

A large covered Scoreboard is attached to one side of the Pavilion. You can use this area even before the scores come in. It is another space for which you can sell sponsorships. It is also a great place to post notices and/or to register your players as they arrive.

At the rear of the Pavilion is a large Barbecue Pit capable of holding lots of food. This Pit includes a grill and a large smoker. A large counter for serving all the great things you have cooked up for your players separates the Pit from the main area of the Pavilion. A built in sink with running water completes this outdoor kitchen area and makes clean-up quick and easy.

Don't want to cook? If you are having your event catered, we ask that you give Mulligan's Restaurant first option to cater your event for you. Located next to the Pro Shop, this restaurant has it all. From something simple like hot links to a full meal featuring ribeye steak, baked potato and salad or anything in-between, Chris and her staff will be happy to make feeding your guests "hassle-free".
