Wildwood Resort City - Board Meeting Minutes for September of 2009

January 22, 2010

The special called meeting of the Board of Directors of Wildwood Property Owners Association was called to order at 7:00 p.m., January 22, 2010, in the Mill House. The presiding officer was Tommy Davis. A quorum was present, including the following:

Mike Johnson, Jim Horn, Letha Carpenter, Roy Hancock, Chuck Little, Frank Morgan, Jim King and Eddy Parker.

Roy Hancock gave the opening prayer and led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Business from Work Session:

Chairman, Tommy Davis, requested a motion pertaining to the 2010 Budget. A motion was made by Eddie Parker, and seconded by Jim Horn to approve the 2010 Budget as recommended by the Budget and Finance Committee. Motion carried with two opposed.

Chairman, Tommy Davis, requested a motion pertaining to the #3 well. A motion was made by Jim Horn, and seconded by Roy Hancock to accept the bid from Russell Drilling Co. to drill a new well as quoted. Motion carried.

After the Director's Discussion and the 15 minutes from the floor, the meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
